OT--Tall Stories Live

This is "Chain of Love" from Tall Stories, recorded live at the Paramount Club in Amarillo, Texas on Feb. 1, 1992. I found the show while digging thru all of the old shows I had taped over the years. I had met Steve Augeri the night before in Lubbock, but went to the show in Amarillo the next night. They were opening for Mr. Big. I taped the show from the balcony looking over the band.

Yeah, you went in Lubbock right, Dallas Nights? I went to Amarillo cause I was mad at Terral and didn't want to go with him to the Lubbock show. Went to Amarillo and went with Clay, hehehe. No Stage Dolls in Amarillo at the Paramount.

I dunno, when I click on it, the link works. I never released this recording--I have the Mr. Big from Lubbock, but don't have the Tall Stories. I did record an interview off of FMX tho-

What the fuck is a hurrican? I know I hate saying "cain" also. I would have loved to see Tall Stories. Id give Frigas left lip to get a boot of of a live shot of them. I heard there is one floating around, have yet to find it

There IS a Tall Stories video floating around shot sometime after the cd was released. Full show at L'Amours in NYC--about 70 minutes if memory serves. Maybe one or two new/unreleased songs and a cover of Rod Stewart's Stay With Me. I had a setlist, but can't find it. Unfortunately, the quality isn't all that good. VHS tape, probably 3-4 generations down.

a hurrican is a vodka/rum/pineapple drink,,, its pretty good unless it comes back up .. even then its pretty cool looking..

a hurrican is a vodka/rum/pineapple drink,,, its pretty good unless it comes back up .. even then its pretty cool looking..

I saw Tall Stories in New Orleans around this time ('92) as well (sorry no audio). They were opening for Mr. Big.
