I was anxious to see how and when they did this one, because I heard it was soundchecked before the Jones Beach show, but not ready to be performed. Arnel aces it. Cain is great too. I am just not a fan of the way he sings the "Tooo ooos". Greg enunciated it more, and I like that better than the way he connects the notes.
But I know Jon is a different person and a different singer. I would certainly rather him do it as he is doing it, than not at all. The song should be played live.
Overall, A+ job Journey!

Posted: Mon Sep 15, 2008 8:43 amThey should redo the 2005 "Evening with Journey" show. I have been listening to the Dallas boot from that tour that was supposed to be the dvd. Everything was awesome except for Augeri's voice which was toast. I feel bad for SA but I wish the band would attempt this dvd again with Arnel!
