They have played both these songs live. Augeri sang Where were you until he could not then Deen took over. Augeri also sang Little Girl.

I've heard people and places live. Where were you, though on captured, I haven't heard arnel do it.
Why Can't this Night Go On forever would be cool. Lay it Down too.

I need a list of songs they never played to choose from. Of course there are a ton I haven't heard that they've played elsewhere... or do those count...

No on JSS, but Augeri did do it on his first tour in 1998:

Taking "never" figuratively and not literally:
If He Should Break Your Heart
Forever In Blue
Sweet and Simple (I might be off here but have they played this at all in recent years?)
Party's Over (same as Sweet n Simple... I think Augeri did it occasionally, but definitely not with any regularity.. right?)
Never Too Late
Beyond the Clouds
Look Into The Future
Spaceman
Anything from Arrival... it would be a shame to never see anything get played from this album ever again, esp higher place, signs of life, and to be alive again

I saw Journey do IHSBYH in Pensacola and in Hershey in 2001.
Highlight of the concert for me.
