I was just wondering yesterday why this story had seemingly died. Apparently (thankfully) it hasn't.

Unfortunately, I'm convinced nothing will be done.

You just gotta love the Chinese government. They have turned lying into an art form:

Yeah, think back to when you were a young teenager and someone asked how old you are. You usually get a 13 1/2...13 and 5 months. How many 16 year olds accidently say they're 14? I'm still predicting their medals won't be stripped. I think all cheaters should be stripped, including Ben Johnson and Marion Jones.

STYX should go over there and sort all this out.

I have a friend who arranged a date via an online dating site.

When he showed up, "she" turned out to be a "he".

Kind of a glaring omission, huh?

So maybe this Chinese "woman" momentarily "misremembered" her true age. However, she "misunderestimated" the power of the recorded or written word.

I'd rather be concerned about those fake Chinese export products right now. most especially those that contain hazardous chemicals in toys and food. time to impose a ban or strict scrutiny on those imported goods coming from China. stop the madness.
