I never really liked it. It's just too drawn out. I want it in rhythm with the normal rendition of the song. The song is meant to showcase the country, not guitar skills. :wink:

Love Jimi's playin'. I remember the interview with Cavett where Dick asked about criticism to him playing it that way. Can't remember exact words but Jimi said he thought his version was beautiful. Got to agree.

I like that Neal plays it in his sets.
