I just learned that Journey had two tunes from Tron. One of them happens to be "1990's Theme". Anyone have it and would like to *cough*share*cough* 8)

"enjoy"

um, yeah... well, um...

pretty terrible song as was Only Solutions. I remember getting that 45 (still have it) and going "Steve, your voice is shredded, what the hell???"

Did you guys get all the 45s with the b-sides not available on albums? That was like a big deal. I loved to go to record stores and find that kind of rare stuff- rare in that you had to have the 45. I remember hearing "Little Girl" on the 45 for (dang, was it Open Arms?) and being blown away by that track. Still one of my all time favorite Journey songs. Excellent bridge in that one.

Yes it was. As a kid, I had Open Arms as a 45 (by accident), I flipped it over and listened to Little Girl. It is their best song.

I kind of like "Only Solutions". Well, I probably like it more now because it is just one of those songs that reminds me of being a kid in the 1980's and watching weird movies like Tron..lol! It's funny how some of these lesser known songs gives me a better feeling about my childhood than some of the songs that I have heard a billion times over. I guess because those songs, good or bad, are those rare songs that paints this picture of a better time. (Well, at least it was a better time for me!)
