Is Peter Gabriel rock? I think the dude is awesome. Biko is one of the best political songs ever written, along with Games without frontiers.

Believe it or not he
was next. I swear on my life. That guy has an incredible catalog. There's one person on here that can confirm that I like all of these artists.

You talking about me? I can confirm it, Tito. Shocked the hell out of me, too. Boy does have some good taste, after all.

Yes. We've talked about George Jones, Waylon Jennings and Ronnie Milsap in the past. I love all 3 of those fuckers. Milsap the most, though.

I knew about Ronnie Milsap, but didn't know about the other two. I remember a drunk SJ singing Ronnie Milsap before. I think you bought one of those Greatest Hits (40 of Ronnie Milsap's biggest hits) off the TV. Those commericals you use to see in the 80s and early 90s.

I have never purchased any material by any of those guys...not that I wouldn't. My CD collection is no more than 20 CDs. I always liked the radio instead.

I'm an 80's guy so I had everything copied on to cassette. But I get your drift...smartass.

I remember listening to Milsap's hits in that old brown bronco you used to have. It may have been a cassette.

Robert Lamm of Chicago has an incredible solo catalogue
Subtlety and Passion, Life Is Good In My Neighborhood, and In My Head are all GREAT albums. Some jazz influences, some nice groovey ballads with that nice heavy bass sound, good harmonies, good lead guitar playing, great production.
Sample the tunes "When The Rain Becomes," "Standing At Your Door," "I Could Tell You Secrets" and "Murder On Me" on iTunes for a bit of good stuff.
