SAN ANTONIO (AP) - A man who rammed his truck into a woman's vehicle on a highway early Friday told authorities he crashed into her while going more than 100 mph because God told him "she needed to be taken off the road."

The truck rear-ended the car on U.S. Highway 281, both vehicles spun across a median then came to a stop along a barrier in the opposite lanes. Both drivers suffered only minor injuries.

"He just said God said she wasn't driving right, and she needed to be taken off the road," Bexar County Sheriff's Office spokesman Kyle Coleman said in the online edition of the San Antonio Express-News. "God must have been with them, 'cause any other time, the severity of this crash, it would have been a fatal."

The pickup driver did not tell police how the woman was driving. Police could not find alcohol or drugs in either driver.

A psychiatric evaluation has been ordered for a man.

I fired a guy once because he kept interrupting his new hire training class. When I called him into my office to ask him what his problem with training was, he told me "Shhhhh. The Lord is speaking to me right now." Not wanting to interrupt the Lord, I kept quite until the guy told me the Lord was done talking to him.

I then told him that the Lord had never spoken to me like that, but I respected his belief. I said that unless the Lord told me otherwise, I still had to fire him.

Now unless your Noah, the Lord talking to you directly might be a good sign to go see a shrink.............just a guess........either that or start buildin a big boat.

I'm pretty sure God told me to do this last week when a lady pulled in front of me on the highway, but I disobeyed Him. Do you think I will burn in hell for my rebellion?

Schziophrenia is a horrible diagnosis. My nephew developed it around 19, which is typical. Sometimes I believe that saints were ma.de of people that had this condition. They saw things and heard voices so it must be saintly in their demonic,fearful world .
