I know some of you are itching to go...
Altar Bar...Warehouse district of Pittsburgh, all clean and yuppified....
Stained glass windows, and a big bar
Bands performing on cool daises. Hardwood floors.
2.5 hours of Journey music just the way they would have played it. No jukebox. Just musical energy flowing straight through the set list all night long.
During the drum solo I will probably buy you a shot.
You know you want to be there.....Green rooms full of turkish delight....mmmm.....
So who's in?

Weather forecast doesn't look too bad. I will 99% be there unless the weather changes for the worst, my car will never make it in a snowstorm.
Can't wait!

Plan for a late night. Doors at 9. Opener at 10-1045, and then Frontiers from 1115 to 130. Bring your drinking shoes.

Dont count it out my friend!! I am putting together a package to pitch to House of Blue that will, if it happens, get us out there at least to HOB venues. And it involves an EVENT, not just a Frontiers concert. I think it would be fuckin' great. We shall see.......
....lookin round for a feelin'....I love the rhythm and blues....

Damn! Would love to be in the burgh on Friday night for Frontiers! I'm on bastardnoon shift and it would be really hard coming up out of the coal mine early. I did get the boot from you Jeremey and I got to say it is an awesome recording. Hopefully this won't be the last show for you guys in Pittsburgh. I was at the crazy Steeler-Charger game at Heinz field and the Pitt-WVU game there also. Pittsburgh is a beautiful city and I'm sure that you will have a kickass crowd for the show Friday.

I'll be there with my girlfriend and several others... everyone who's going should really show up early to check out the openers Ashes To Ashes... a Pittsburgh band that rocks!!! This is sure to be an awesome show all around.
And Jeremey's right... the bar is really awesome. I remember the old days (a few years ago) when it used to be Sanctuary, and didn't have the whole live music thing going on. Wasn't half as much fun back then...
And for any interested in checking out Ashes to Ashes:

We did but it interrupted the flow of the show too much. We've boiled down our setlist to a pretty solid show. 99% of the people at our shows are there to hear the hits, and it sort of sends a lot of people to the bar. Plus, I just don't like singing the song very much...Nothing about the Journey situation or anything, it's just not a very interesting song as a singer.

Rock hard J. Hopefully you arrive in Pittsburgh again SOON. I guarantee I'll be there next time. Enjoy the greatest city in the world that is PITTSBURGH .
