Still thinking about Stone in Love. Particularly, "Burnin love comes once in a lifetime". What is burning love?

My understanding was that if you got "burnin love", it stayed with you forever, not just once in a lifetime. Symptoms were treatable with medication which helped sooth the "burnin", but there was no getting rid of the "love".

Also, do you catch the "burnin love" from the Blue Jean Girl? (no offense intended to BJG, just wonderin').

For me it happened................fell apart............ then was found again in the same person.........

I think we can love and love deeply many times but the love that transcends all others... if we are lucky enough to find them is with someone who is truly our soulmate... that love only happens once in a lifetime.
