Being a drummer, that shit is hard! I played it a couple times on songs I know well, and still failed miserably. You have to calibrate the pads and foot pedal when you start the game with EXACT timing to the game if I remember right (this was the original Rock Band). If you are even a little off, it blows the whole thing. I gotta admit its frustrating as hell to play through a song you know well and lose, then watch someone that has never even touched a real drum beat the crap out of you score-wise.
Rock on,
Eric

Peart looked amused, lol, and Lifeson looked a little distressed, lol.

We have Guitar Hero and my husband, who has played guitar since middle school, gets pissed off at it  It seems like people who DO play these instruments for real have a harder time with the games than people who don't play any instruments at all, lol.

Yeah...it's because of motor memory. Your fingers don't want to do what the pretty blinking lights want them to do, because they have been trained to do things a certain way and not follow the little blinking lights.

There's nothing more frustrating than having a bitch of a time passing a song I can play flawlessly in my sleep on the real thing, that's for sure. There are some songs that are just... weird in terms of playing it on the game vs the real thing. Playing guitar probably helps me stay decent at the game without playing it all the time though.
