I would say the top two: ACC, and BIG EAST

I think the NCAA should just throw the top 65 teams into a BCS computer and crown their "National Champion". It seems to work out perfectly on the gridiron!

I fucking hate basketball. The way they call fouls is so arbitrary. It's like having to decide if there was pass interference on every single play ran in one football game. You know at least 30% or more are bad calls. Does any other sport have that kind of potential error factor when it comes to officiating?

I would say Baseball with their random, depends on the umpire strike zone.
