LOL! Don't believe the rumors -- it's only a publicity stunt to set up the new album, "LIGHTNING STRIKES AGAIN 2". Don is a visionary and a leader -- brilliant in faking his own death to generate interest in an album that will contain the exact same set of songs as the last one, and with the same packaging, too. In fact, pre-release copies have already started showing up in stores. Go get one!

Wow....my heart practically stopped beating when I saw this thread! I thought for a minute that Don might have called it quits and I started having convulsions. Whew!

She gives me music therapy... I'm about to crank up some Boulevard in my car as I'm on the way out... I can't believe I never knew about this band. Need to start a thread about them soon.

If our hearts stopped beating, we'd probably know first-hand how Don feels after being abused by so many evil women. But it's been the fuel for many a good Dokken song!

Hey, speaking of Dokken, I was eating lunch in a local pizza place yesterday, and all of a sudden I heard "Cry Of The Gypsy" playing over the piped in radio. SWEET! Never heard that on radio before -- they must have Sirius or something.

She always cranks me up, never heard of Boulevard. If been listening to classical music lately, helps from getting pissed off at all the retards on the road

If you're looking for classical music to soothe the soul on the roads, I can highly recommend Sibelius's "Finlandia" Suite.

That's a great tune. I've given up on terrestrial radio because the range of songs played on "classic rock" stations seems to be getting smaller and smaller. I'm just listening to CDs for the moment, but I've heard a lot of good things about Sirius or XM.

Sirius was totally awesome the first 3 years I had it.

The last 2 months have been HORRIBLE, and not because of programming, but because of tech/equipment issues and VERY SHITTY AWFUL HORRIBLE "customer service". I still wouldn't discourage people from getting it, but I do say be prepared for very unhelpful people if you need to call for anything.

Yes, don't they understand how the story goes? "Crash and burn to live again... up from the ashes I rise!" Don dies only to live again!

Great memories? Of the music, or of some date that you played B.T.F.A. during?
