Where's my option for the commercials? That's the only reason I watch the Superbowl!

ROFLMAO!

Stupid people being haters.

The Cards have had a remarkable run....but the Steelers D is going to stuff the Edge...and knock the little red feather stuffing out of Warner.

That's the same thing everyone said about the Giants chances last year against the Pats!!

Anything can happen. That's why they play the game.

No offense RVR, but it would be a Cinderella story if the Cards win. You fuckers have enough trophies. ;) Warner has played his heart out this year. So has Roethlisberger, and I have huge respect for the Steelers. They're a damn good organization. And I NEVER thought I hear myself saying that.

Don't know if they will but I'm pulling for the Cardinals to win. Neither team is "my team" so my decision is really only based on rooting for one person. I've met Kurt Warner and he is a very down to earth, humble, good man so I hope he wins. I know its not a choice made in regards to which team is better as a whole and all that...don't know which is.. so thats my basis of choice.

My vote goes to the Cardinals. Squealers will probably win, but I gotta root for Warner & Co.

And I'd fucking love to see Pitt punished for keeping the Bolts' O off the field for the entire third Q of our playoff game.

[OK, that was actually the Bolts' D's fault... :shock: }

Roethlisberger has proven to be a VERY average QB, which is why I am hoping that Pittsburgh doesn't win. If Pittsburgh wins, their fans will start comparing Ben to Montana and Brady which would be flipin' RIDICULOUS. Arizona has a MUCH better offense than Pittsburgh has, but Pittsburgh's defense is IMMENSE! Conventional wisdom says that defense always wins these games, and therefore Pittsburgh should be the easy pick. As we New England fans know, the team that is supposed to win doesn't always win. I like Arizona in an upset. That said, if Arizona's line doesn't protect Warner, the Steelers will win by three touchdowns! Go Cardinals!

Absolutely untrue. The guy is a winner and he showed me that he is far more than an average quarterback when Hines Ward went down against Baltimore and he used very average receivers to defeat a very, very good defense. There's a reason why John Madden considers him the best young quarterback in football. Not that that's what I based my reasoning on. I based it having the seen the guy play and knowing that he's cool under pressure, has grown into a leader and has things stats don't show.

We'll agee to disagree. While I definitely agree that Ben is a leader and I like the guy as a QB, his numbers don't lie. He's a middle of the pack QB whose name should never be mentioned in the same breath with the likes of Montana and Brady! I believe Pittsburgh would be every bit as successful with Byron Leftwich as their QB, because they win games on defense...not offense.

If the only thing you are going to look at is stats as in yards, TD's etc etc...yeah he is average...but no QB has gotten to 50 wins faster...none...ZIP ZERO ZILCH...the man knows how to win games, period.

I would take Ben over just about every QB in the league, excepting maybe Tom Brady. I take him over Peyton Manning, and definately over Eli or Rivers.

Sweet Jesus...finally, a JFB post with which I agree 100%, and which, thankfully, is completely devoid of gratuitous anti-Chargers smack.

A MR "two-fer," if you will. I tip my hat to you, sir...

I'm glad people are picking the Cards. Was just too eerie when the Stillers' led 50 states last week. I like the un-appreciated card. I'd be the first to congratulate the Cardinals if they win.

Problem is, they will never come close to sniffing it, and they are truly out- matched in every sense of the word. Warner has TOUGH, TOUGH, TOUGH times with 3-4 defense's. We just happen to be THE BEST. The fuckin' Jets hung 50+ on them and as bad as NE defense is, they had their way with these girls. And that's exactly what they are, girls. Their just happy to be there, bank on it. They are there to be there, we are there to win. Sit down son, school is under-session.

The Stillers' defense is just too good... for anyone.... period. I do NOT see this defense faulting in any way shape or form. They aren't set up that way and Warner will prove to be a sitting duck.

Ben has the game of his life, as does Heath Miller and Willie Parker. We will not be denied by this far INFERIOR team.

First to three
First to four
now..
First to six.

The Stillers wouldn't be HALF of the team they are now without Big Ben. The way he commands leadership and by the way he takes no prisoners and how he manages to pull out games the way he does is god-like. Only rookie to go 13-0. Youngest Quarterback to win a Superbowl. Fastest player ever to tally 50 wins. The man doesn't lose, PERIOD, from his high school, college, and now pro days. He gets the job done in a drop of a dime, and the greats win when called upon, regardless of numbers.

Another thing, I've never seen a Quarterback take a beating like this man does week in and week out, and STILL come after you no matter what round it is. I'll take a tough as nails, son of a bitchen quarterback who spits blood from his nose in between huddles and promise guys he WILL get it done, hurt or not. We expect no other here in Pittsburgh, and that's why we will throw Arizona around with our pointer finger.

Roethlisberger is going to light up the place; Steelers will win big.
