Hey, I'm a fan of Eric's, but after seeing a new photo of him on the front-page...Is he sick? MAN he's extremely skinny! I hope not, but i don't remember him looking like that in any other photos I've seen. Hope he's okay!

It's a promo shot, I don't think he looks any different than he did back in October (see sig)....except his hairs a little longer. Him and Paul have always looked very skinny......honestly doesn't look that skinny in person though. Just has high cheek bones. No face lift Rhi, few wrinkles are there close up (sorry Eric)......but still you'd never know he's only a couple years shy of 50.

Either way, that pic puts a huge smile on my face, like with Journey, I thought I'd never see that reunion. And love that last sentence.......

A source within the Mr. Big camp further confirmed the news to me directly, adding that: "Japan is the only thing confirmed at the moment. That doesn't mean that nothing else will happen eventually, however they're going to start with Japan."

Well, I've said it before he is starting to resemble a cat which is often trait of having 'work' done. His face is certainly incredibly taut for a man his age.

Whether or not he has had work done either by a surgeon or by Photoshop or whether he is just caked in make up anyone could go to Google Images and search for large images of Eric Martin that show him looking far more haggard and dare I say natural looking than he appears here.

The above pic is a promo shot, I think you're getting the cat thing because with a closed smile his cheek bones look more prominent. Borrowed this pic from downstairs.....

That one is better but he still looks a hell of a lot younger there than some of the pics I've just seem, many of which are considerably older. The cat look is mainly in the way his eyes (and mouth) look as though they have been literally pulled upward.

Maybe the fact he is looking 'younger' now is just down to healthy living or may be it's just good lighting and some post photo touch up? Whatever the case he doesn't look at all bad for his age even in the following more candid shots.

I 'happened upon' Eric at an intersection in South Bend. He was standing at the corner waiting for the crosswalk to turn, and as I'm walking up I'm thinking "oh shit, that looks like Eric Martin, but it can't be... he's too young!". So I didn't say anything. It looked like he saw the sticker on my chest (I had been helping Pam & Kim sell merch inside) and then turned to me and said, "Hi, I'm Eric." I totally felt like a goober but introduced myself. We chit-chatted as we walked a little.

Eric does look very young still. The pics I have with him from last summer show a few lines though. He's fine. We should all be so fortunate to look that great at his age.

He certainly does have great cheekbones. He would make a good looking woman!! (and I mean that as a compliment!)

I would certainly not guess him as being close to 50.

He's just got a cold. He did a charity gig the night before the photo shoot...

Glad to hear he's okay! I just don't remember him being so skinny. I saw Mr. Big in the 80's (they played with Hardline), and I guess I just don't remember how he looked. He is a great singer, and it's cool to hear that they're playing out together again.

I thought the exact same thing. Reminded me of Freddie Mercury.

He looks alright to me.

Good to hear my work accomplished what it was meant to: Allow those who have never met to be able to find each other in a huge crowd.

Promo shots always look better than real life (um, they're supposed to) due to the makeup artists, hairstylists, special lighting, and let's not forget all that retouching later. But the dude certainly does look good for his age. I suppose that it's because he looked like such a baby back then.

He's nowhere near that short. He's not short like Perry & Schon. I'd say he's at least 5'9. I'm almost 5'6 and had 2-3" heels on in my sig and he was still at least a couple inches taller than me.

Eric is about 5'11. I have known him for over 20 years and he has always been slender and has never looked his age. Still doesn't. I love Eric's voice and just never saw Mr. Big as a way to showcase his talents, so I was never much of a Mr. Big fan. I'm sure their reunion is going to make a lot of people really happy, so that's cool.

Hmm, he always seemed shorter than that, but I've never met him, sadly.

Am I sick of Eric Martin, hells yeah.....
