Thanks for checking in Steve. Another poster told the board what was going on with your internet service. I'll try to hold the fort down until you get back. The spelling has gone straight down hill since you've been gone. These people need you.

As long as you don't act on any "librarian fantasies", I think you'll be okay.

Don't encourage him. There's an unsuspecting young librarian there, reshelving books, very unaware that steve is about to show her his Dewey Decimals.

Did it ever dawn on you that he might have gone there to check his email since his Internet connection is down? Hell, I rely on email as much as I do the phone nowadays.

These people aren't imaginary. People come here to make friends with other people who love the band Journey. How many places can you go in your city to do that? I'm glad Steve let us know what happened to him. It gets boring around here without hearing his Friga jokes now and then.

I own several forums myself, and I have met a lot of new friends online. My musicians forum www.IllinoisMusicians.com has brought together over 50 bands throughout the State of Illinois. I'm going to see one of them this Friday night as a matter of fact. But maybe that's all in my imagination? Maybe I will get there and there will be imaginary musicians in an imaginary band, standing on an imaginary stage, and playing imaginary instruments? I guess I'll have to take that chance.

Vger, do you think WIX could just be joking around a bit?

After all he is on here, talking to us "imaginary" people as well! LOL!

I think I like the imaginary folks here quite well, how about you? It is hard to find people who share passions for music and other things than in a forum with people of simmular taste. This is one of the few places I can find folks passionate for music and art the way I am.

If that makes me pathetic, well I guess I am pathetic. But apparently I am not alone.............

Exactly! I only have one friend who is as passionate about Journey like I am (the singer of my band). No one else gets it.
