If you're getting a state tax refund, don't spend the money just yet.

So if you owe the state money, are you allowed to send them an IOU? I doubt it!

So glad Texas doesn't have a state tax.

I filed last month and completely forgot about my refund. It will be a nice surprise when it finally does make an appearance in my account, especially if it's summertime and I'm looking to make a few HOT purchases.

California politicians are a bunch of morons. The hardworking middleclass income and hardworking people like myself are getting punished by tax increase, whereas illegal aliens, lazy ass welfare gooks, bums and other spoiled government state workers are protected on this approved state stimulus. Its time to say, Hasta la Vista, Arnold!!

I'm wondering if I should send my IOU in to pay the property taxes.

Seriously, if enough folks did it would make quite the statement.

I'm supposed to send them money so eventually they can send me money?

I'm missing the logic in that one. :?

Wikipedia: See Advance-free fraud: An advance-fee fraud is a confidence trick in which the target is persuaded to advance sums of money in the hope of realizing a significantly larger gain.[1] Hey this sounds familiar? :? :?
  If you I.O.U.ed they would take your house, wich is worth a fraction of what you paid on todays market.
We can't win. People who don't pay their house payments will get a break, while folks who pay faithfully even when it hurts will continue to struggle.
Negitivity rant over.

Arnold should go and all the clowns in Sacramento. All politicians do is spend the money of hard working people to BUY VOTES. Whether State or federal, they represent their own re-elections. Next, Feinstein should be set adrift for revealing classified information.
