I tried both variations of Shiner, regular and dark. I'm not a lager guy so not for me either. I don't know if there are other different flavors, that's all I saw at the Supermarket.

Alright dude, I bought Guiness Extra Stout. WOW!! It's got a strong taste. This may be an acquired taste thing here. I'm still working on my first one. I also bought Fat Tire. I'll let you know on that one.

Stout beer is good for your heart because of the antioxidants in it or some shit like that. I was drinking it warm in the pubs when I was England.I wanted to puke but didn't want to be a wimp in front of the chicks who were guzzling the stuff. I got used to the taste but I prefer it chilled just like american beer. Once you get used to the strong earthy taste, Coors will taste like water. Fat tire is more of an ale.If you want to try those types of beer get Fat Weasel. They sell this stuff in the Super Market here but I don't know if you need to go to the class six store for it where you live.

Do you have Trader Joe's or Cost Plus in your neck of the woods? They usually have sales on beer and you can try some cool stuff like HobGoblin or some New Zealand brews.
