And the forum is returning...

I thought they already had a forum, arnelpineda.ning.com. It's basically the same place. It's all about Arnel and the J-Boyz.

I didn't know they were off, I checked it out when they first restarted but I wouldn't have been able to handle the Rules.

Seriously though, Some one was running an argument starting off with that. Then some one else chimed in and said if you don't like Arnel as much as Perry, then you weren't keeping the faith and were in denial. People started giving props to the person and I was ready to hurl. Luckily the site went down the next day, but it really is just an extension of AP's personal site. Threads about anyone else in the band don't get touched but threads about Arnel singing with Ying or Charice or what Philippine show he will be on next get swamped along with threads about what Journey songs should be re-recorded for the next album because Arnel sings them so much better the originals, yada, yada, yada.
Not for me I guess. If they would have a Classic Journey section of the site, I would check that out but that won't happen and even if it did, it would probably get trolled by AP-Diehards.

well, in all fairness, Arnel is really the only thing NEW with Journey. How many "Give it up for Ross" threads can you have? I think the fact that people are talking about the band positively (no matter if it's Arnel, Jss, Augeri, or Perry incarnations) is pretty cool. If I were Journey, I'd dump the forum. It does nothing but cause them hassle. Not sure why bands want forums on their site. Maybe it's an ego stroke...?

The only time they post anything decent is when they repost it from this site anyway, MR IS STILL THE PLACE TO BE FOR UNBIASED JOURNEY FANDOM.

For a band with such a deep history it is a pretty shallow website. The band bio is just a press release for Revelation. Disappointing but not unexpected.

If it's like the site the site that it is replacing, it will subscribe to the belief that the history of Journey AKA Arnel and the J-Boyz started December 2007.

I'm suprised I have even heard of this band called Journey. They have had no hits and have only been around since 2007.

looks to be a decent site. I've seen a lot worse. The one they had before the last one was gawd awful. The last one was better. This one is better still. The bio thing, I would imagine, will change later to include all the other stuff. Maybe they just wanted to get it going quickly.

The one thing I find weird is "LINE UP". What? Like that may change? They shouda left that off. Either commit to the current band or don't. To have it as "line up" seems pretty shaky to me.

So no forums, but more like myspace so you can set up your own Arnel, Perry, Augeri and JSS areas with out problems from the loons of each individual singer? Maybe this will be cool.
