Yeah, there are mixed stories about him, but someone leaked he needs heart surgery and I dont' know if it's true or not. They told us yesterday he needed a week off for shortness of breath, and would do Jacksonville on Monday and they would reschedule ours at a later date. But now a few hours ago the rumor started he needs heart valve replacement. I hope it's no true, but it could be!

Aren't you a nurse, SPH?!??! My friend has Mitral Valve Prolapse, the Doc's say it's not bad now and she's so
young, but it could become necessary to have valve replacement surgery one day....wonder if this is the same thing?!?!

I hope all is well with him....remember, MORK?!?!?

No, I was a Med Tech and worked in blood banking actually. We prepared the blood products for those having those surgeries though  Our hospital was one of the top in the country for the number of heart surgeries performed. Some people need them repaired and some need them replaced, and replacement is for a more serious diseased valve I know. It's a common surgery, but I read he had a brother who died as a complication to heart surgery, so I'm sure that would make him nervous if he does need the surgery. They have really come a long way with these surgeries!

Having been around both of of them, I'm glad you left it at that. As an over all good person, Robin Dwarfs the other individual.

Don't know either of them. A lot of famous people are lacking when it comes to dealing with people. Can you imagine dealing with that kind of annimation 24-7!

Robin is totally spontaneous . The other one is a lot like Andy Kaufman. It's mostly well thought out, rehearsing five or more different situations to give the illusion of spontaneity. I'll leave it at that.

Never quite got Robin Williams or found him remotely funny. That said, may he get well soon.
