I have to say, Higer Place is the biggest shocker!

Neal and Jon really listened to the fans this time. There were a lot of angry Augeri fans that wanted to see his 8 years with the band represented and, so far, it looks like they will be. Though I think both songs are pretty mediocre I'm happy to see them in the set. This is simply an amazing setlist.

I wonder if these are actually new arrangements, or somebody not knowing what an arrangement is or getting too excited. Because Journey has been playing these songs the same way for the last 25 years.

No "After All These Years"? Must be too country sounding for the Japanese I guess.

I wonder if they'd let you into a show or if you'd get the same sort of classy treatment Perry gave Cain.

I'd be happy to buy a ticket any day of the week. But I'm also not aware of any lingering issues with the band.

Think you'll find the time between your Alcaseltzer and Fired Fest gigs to take in a Journey show this summer?

You're preaching to the choir, Jim. Though, I love Faithfully, and never tire of that song.

Heard only from Cain;s mouth

I'd like to hear Perry answer the "why" question pertaining to that event. I just think he couldn't face the guy, and considering what he (Perry) was doing at the time I guess I can't blame him. He took the coward's way out. I guess he was having a good time touring with a band that he felt like a part of.

How about Schon and Friga turning away Soto last year in Europe? Soto had been fired, treated like mange, and yet still wanted to go and offer support and say hi, and those flea ridden syphilitic cocksuckers wouldn't let him in. I bet that troll JT was manning the doors yelling "fuck you" to everyone 6'3" with a frizz fro. I f I ever see him I am going to pound him into the ground like a fuckin tent stake.

Wouldnt expect this setlist in USA esp since they are probably touring with other bands I suspect it will be dirty dozen and 2 or 3 add ins each night ( nothing new there)
Since they are on their own or with just an opener and they dont get over to Asia that much i would expect a much longer show over there Just reality
ON btw great set list love to hear deen on HP

Japan always got a different setlist if I remember. On the Frontiers tour over there, they even played "Don't Fight it" and "Lies". I think someone mentioned that they hadn't played there in 20 years but I believe Augeri's first show was in Japan but it has been a while still. Oh, and their last platinum album was not 2O years ago. I believe that Cain said that in regards to Revelation being awarded that status. If TBF isn't considered platinum, there is no way Revelation should be either then.
There was a band called Journey between 1987 and and 2007, contrary to the opinions of some. It might have not been consistently creating material and touring but it did exist.

The whole JSS debacle was quite unprofessional to say the least, but at the same time I can see why they wouldn't want to see him if he indeed tried to visit them. Can you imagine how awkward it would be after dropping the guy to hanging out with him backstage?
