People sure know Journey.....

Just for the fun of it (in these economic/uncertain times), I put up a set of 5 song lyrics on my whiteboard in my office on Monday and as people walk by or whatever, co workers can randomly check. Whoever gets the most right (by putting their initials beside the lyric if they guessed it), can throw up the next set of lyrics. They have to be popular bands/songs. Kinda funny driving people nuts when they can sing it but can't remember who it is. LOL my boss had to sing the last one through almost half way before figuring out who it was. Can you guess which one has the most initials beside it?

- I don't need to fight to prove I'm right, I don't need to be forgiven.

- I want to tear down the walls that hold me inside, I want to reach out and touch the flame.

- Livin' in a lonely world, she took the midnight train going anywhere.

- And the sun comes like a god into our room, all perfect light and promises.

- With the brim turned way down low, ain't no sound but the sound of feet, machine guns ready to go.

Is it already Friday where you're at Debster, or you simply enjoy a drink or two during the week as well!?

I'll do this without cheating...

Baba O'Riley - The Who
Where the Streets Have No Name - U2
Don't Stop Believin' - Journey
(Drawing a blank on #4, but it's very familiar)
Another One Bites the Dust - Queen

Editing: Just Googled the answer to #4... Ahhh! I knew I'd heard it somewhere!

Hey Deb

My guess is that #3 had the most responses.

And you guessed right CatEyes. Journey, then U2 so far, I would have figured more people would get The Who and Queen ones.

No Google necessary on #4 for me  .

That's a fun idea Deb. I might try that - it'll give the people who wander into my office something else to do besides complain about their lives or gossip about their neighbors  . Mind you, in this town - unless the lyrics are "I play chicken with the train" or something like that, they'll probably all fail  .
