Just stumbled on this song while checking out some other videos, and found a song I LOVE! I forgot about this song, but it kicks some serious 80's ass and I figured I'd see who else here likes it.

It almost has a Mike & The Mechanics feel to it.

Don't they have some of the same personnel or at least the same singer?

I like Kyrie and Broken Wings from the old school but never heard this song...

Great song - was in the 'Blake Edwards' movie with Ted Danson and Howie Mandel 'It's a Fine Mess'

Related Mr. Mr. story, my college roommate told me a story about hanging out at his dad's house in Malibua (lived next to Johnny Carson's estate), and getting drunk/stoned in his house, jamming with an imromptu band. (friends) A bass player from the neigborhood came in and started playing with them...After he played and sang a few songs, then left one of the guys said 'do you know who that was? It was Richard Page' the singer from Mr. Mr...

That's VERY coincidental!

I just listened to both Mr. Mister albums and the unreleased demo's on my Iphone yesterday while driving home.

While not all songs are great, Richard Page shines (obviously). Check out Pages - Pages from (I think 1983), which is a FANTASTIC album, with merely awesome songs.

Almost forgot about "pages",they actually had 3 cds from them

Pages (self-titled) (1978)
Pages - Future Street (1979)
Pages (2nd self-titled) (1981

I believe these will be hard to find, not sure they ever made it to disc, i have a potential line on them now , i'll post here if i have any luck.

Dig the Pages, some classic 'light AOR' from the 70's 80's (very Pablo Cruise'ish at times meets Steely Dan). The last album is my favorite.
