Stupid, gold-digging, undeserving, GREEDY, wasteful, horrible, selfish bitch.

Not that I have an opinion.

Exactly my sentiments.

She has no right to live on any more than was designated to her in the post-nup. Coerced my ass.

Oh, this goes waaaaay beyond gold digging - it's almost criminal. This is just jaw-dropping. Who turns up their nose at $38M?

Someone either extremely criminal or extremely mentally-deficient.

No kidding. This was my favorite:

"David filed for divorce at least four times in seven years. Douglas-David told the New York Post that David's repeated divorce filings were followed by makeup trysts and that he used sex to control her."

Used sex to control her...

Well, she refused $38 million so we know she knows what "NO" means. Could have used that word a lot if she felt he was being "controlling". I'm thinking she was the one doing the using. These ridiculous demands prove it. She can't live on $38 million dollars? Excuse me while I play my tiny violin. Greedy bitch.

Welp, here is my nappy-ass two cents...

First of all, men are not children. They may act like it sometimes, but they have minds of their own. If hanging out with younger women make them feel good, and if they choose to pay their women, so be it. I think he is of his right mind and was very cognizant of his actions. As for the woman, well, I personally could never date a man for money, but if that is the arrangement they made, again...so be it. I have a friend, a wealthy Vegas developer, who has a Showgirl girlfriend, he is much older than her and they look typically young/old together, but I don’t judge. Then again, I don’t know the girl that well yet, so…

I think some people, myself included, cannot bare being with a person our age or older because we fear death, meaning we fear the responsibilities of what physiological old age brings. We know it will happen to us, but if we can stall the aging process just a little longer by dating someone younger. Sometimes I find myself thinking, "I wonder if I will have to break down and date a man about 65 or 70?" “What if he poops uncontrollably or is incontinent or he has to take Viagra?” Once I dreamt I was dating a much older man and I had this weird, bad dream. Okay, so...

...I knelt down in front of him with my bare boobage sitting on top of the man’s toes basically, and I am pleasuring his hanging, sagging old man peenie and bags and crying uncontrollably. No offense to you guys out there with sagging, drooping peenie and bags, but you know, I’m just saying…ew. Maybe in my dream the old guy was crying ‘cause my boobies don’t stand at attention anymore, I don’t know. Anyway, I woke up real fast and went to pee. Hey, my dream reminds me of the time Samatha Jones from Sex and the City dated an older man who wooed her with expensive gifts. (Sex and the City – “The man, the myth, the viagra” - Samantha and the old guy) That night, with the lights all THE WAY OFF Sam and the man got busy. When he got up to use the restroom and Sam saw the back of his hanging ass she ran out of his apartment. Funny episode.

This is the best part

$38 million in cash, stock and a Park Avenue apartment, saying she was coerced into signing it.

She was coerced into signing a "heres 38 million dollars for free"...."they dragged me kicking and screaming to sign that 38 million dollar freebie"Image

Greedy yeah, nuts no. Octos nuts.

She's just out for all she can get. Reminds me of the movie "Black Widow" 'cept the geezer's still breathin'.

The nutty one here is the guy. All that dough and he decided to get hitched.

Here's your sign.

Can't feel sorry for either one of them. He wanted her 'cause she's young and blonde and she wanted him 'cause he's old and rich.

As for turning down millions, I'd suggest she try living on under $700 a month for everything (food and rent). She'd be on her knees thanking God!

"And if everything goes south tomorrow, you'll wish you'd fought for more today."

Not saying I agree with her (or her attorneys), but when you look at the current markets, millions today could easily be pennies tomorrow. I'd tend to think that she's looking at tomorrow's value, not just today's number. And how do we know she's really digging for more gold? Maybe she's just trying to put the screws to him because she's scorned. Hell hath no fury, right? (Women speak up!)

All these big numbers seem huge to most of us, but it's all relative. Don't assume you know all the truths...based on news articles. Big money (apparent) means bigger problems (real). Trust me.

The answer? Live simple. Grow your own garden.

later~

:P I'd like to grow my own garden, but I don't have a yard!

I really can't comprehend her thinking, I guess, 'cause I've never had that sort of money and never hoped to have that sort of money. Office workers don't make much...maybe a quarter over minimum wage in my area during my working life.

I was alway a cheap date!

Did anyone notice she wants $100M dollar settlement plus $130,000 per month alimony?! They were married barely 7 years and separated for the last 3. Her lifestyle (which she didn't earn) is so excessive that she cannot live on less than $53,000 per week - this makes me sick on so many levels. What amazes me is that David didn't have a pre-nup.

By the way, based on what happened to someone I know, I would say that the coercion argument has a very good chance of getting the post-nup thrown out. I would laugh though if the judge threw out the post-nup and then ruled she was entitled to a lot less.

A fool and his money are soon parted.

He knew she was not dating him because of his charm and wit. He dated her because she looked a certain way. Is she a goldigger? Yes.............what did he expect? He was looking for eye candy, not a partner for life. If guys could look beyond the temporary satisfaction of sex, they would see that girls like this are rarely the cream of the crop as human beings go.
