I don't know, putting 90% of the tickets to a show on it's sister site 5 minutes after a show goes on sale, at a 300% markup, thus fucking over the fans.

Show goes on sale at 10:00 AM, and by 1010, it shows as sold out. Hmm, wait! You can get tickets here, at Ticket Time! No Problem! a 65 dollar seat now goes for 210.00! Um, guess who owns Ticket Time? You guessed it correctly, TicketMaster. It's a simple Fan Fucking. Good ol Azoff runs TM....No wonder it's a slimeball operation. So far, one guy, ONE, has stood up to Azoff over this shit. Where is Bono? Where are the other top performers calling this Squid out? I notice that scumbag Don Henley, the earths' greatest guy, won't say a word about this- he ia an Azoff client. Azoff represents many artists; Christina Aguilara, Eagles, Journey, REO, Niel Diamond, VH to name a few. You won't hear a peep from any of them.

You buy at Ticketmaster. If you are inquiring about Journey tickets, this really won't affect you. Ticketmaster and TicketTime work in tandem especially on the real big concerts..the ones that are absolutely sell out- that's why Bruce got involved. He stood up for his fans getting shafted by Azoff. He can't stand up to Azoff with regard to other bands' fans..that would be weird, but if he can draw enough of the spotlight, and get it shone on this case, then the entire thing could snowball, and TN will have to change their unfair practice.
