It's a Christmas song that was AWESOME! I've listened to clips from one of their released Christmas albums, and it's not on there. Just wondering if anyone might know what it is?

Thanks for trying to help Rick, but it's not on the "Stone Of Sisyphus". As I told Rick, I've listened to (I believe) every released track the band has every put out trying to find it. It was recorded sometime AFTER the mid 80's, and after Cetera. It's such an awesome song, and I wish like hell I knew the name of it. It is NOT on any of their released albums though...

Could it have been a Jason Scheff solo song? Something off, 'Chauncy' perhaps?
It was Schett, but there were also oozing out some very classic Chicago horns, keys and guitars. It was DEFINITELY Chicago. Unless somehow they all recorded on one of his solo albums. When I had it before, I remember reading that it was an unreleased Chicago song.
I hate to admit this, but I downloaded it from Napster before I realized it was wrong. I signed up, and for a couple of weeks, I was a downloading fool! I had about 300 songs amassed. I then thought about it, felt wrong for doing it, and deleted every last song. That was YEARS ago, so I can't remember the song title. I'm still against downloading if there's a reasonable way to obtain songs legally. I'll gladly pay $20 for a cd. In the case of unreleased, or bootlegs...i don't feel the same way.
