Anywho...following the links, it appears Lambert will be releasing his new CD this fall...imagine that. Contest ends in the spring...CD out in the fall (even with a weak @ss Idol tour thrown in the middle). It has further been reported AL has already signed a record deal with RCA records.

And just where are the days when a band/singer had to actually grind it out in a club, and EARN the right to play music in front of people? Enough of of this readymade, disposable music.....you can thank Maurice Starr and Lou Pearlamn for this no-talent crap that has permeated the airwaves.....

Well, as the ORIGINAL Lambert-hater here...as i was the foist to complain about the tongue thing....Which I'm sure some here find somewwhat erotic...

His appeal is more in line with the shock value moreso than his actual talent(which the jury is still out on, btw)....I'm sure he will find a marketable niche in which to sell his CDs...but it will be a very small group - he'll burn out faster than Whitney houston at a crack convention.
