Sounds about right to me. I've never been to Flint, but, boy there sure are parts of Detroit that are just down-right eerie - especially at night. There's just no one there. Bulldozing some of that stuff really isn't a bad idea.

I see mostly Americans doing the contruction jobs. As far as landscaping, I do my own. For the others, there will still be enough landscapers around.
