Russ Miller's Website wrote:Russ Miller is internationally known as one of the top touring and session drummers of today.

As a Multi-Platinum recording artist, he has played on multiple Grammy® award winning recordings with combined sales of over 26 million copies.

His musical versatility has led him to work with an incredible list of over 50 international artists including legends like Ray Charles, The Fifth Dimension, Cher, Natalie Cole, Tina Turner & Bobby Caldwell through superstars such as Andrea Bocelli, Nelly Furtado, The Psychedelic Furs, Al Jarreau, Hilary Duff, Steve Perry, Daniel Bedingfield and Meredith Brooks.

Maybe a new recording will finally be realized....sooner than later.
or not........

I don't think Perry is in anyway shape or form planning on letting his demo's emerge to more than just demo's. He's been doing this forever and i think it's time he's fully aware that there are going to be alot of critics that bash his new work and not only critics, but his fans and just plain fans of music period. I believe at this point in his life, he's aware of his legacy and doesn't want to destroy that image. I know i wouldn't if i were him. I mean, he is by far a vocal god till this earth is in its end of days. I mean, how many singers in HISTORY can ever say they held a sort of non-human game which he held for three years. And im not talking (1981, Houston DVD and forward), im talking 1976-1979. He had this sort of mystic-free flowing Bach type shit that was down right weird to say the least. He had it for three years and it left him or for a better term, vocally ended by the time Infinity was finished. Even though it was just three years or maybe four, how many singers can go to their grave with that golden masterpiece carved in their hearts. I know only one, and he is one hell of a talented MF. Thats how i feel anyway.
