Not sure if there's a Twitter thread already running, but I just thought I'd get one started.
Who's all aboard the latest internet craze? I'm really enjoying it so far, lots of fun to track friends and figures, and also to keep people in the loop on what's going on with me and my website.

Twitter really is a lot simpler and very efficient for businesses to use. I don't think Journey has an official twitter...and they should.

Give it about a week. It wears off.
I use Facebook because I can my friends' updates at my own leisure, not through constant text messaging with my phone beeping all day long.

It's more fluid, allows people to connect more easily, quickly, and concisely. And concise is important in a media world where the noise keeps getting turned up.
Groups are created organically by people who identify similar interests, rather than replying to a "Join this Group" or being friended bysomeone you just left working or drinking with.
Also, I like that people search for something and may find you as a result...and then begin to follow you because they like what you promote, etc.

I could probably get into Twitter if only to follow celebs, but I like Facebook because it combines the status updates with a full networking profile.
