I could have told you that before you spent the money. I've not seen her in concert, but personally, I'd rather pay to get a brazilian with flypaper and rusty tweezers than to see Kathy Griffin.

I just have never been able to find her funny that's all. Doesn't mean I'm negative.

I haven't seen her in person but I've seen her specials on TV. I'm undecided if I like her or not. She does insult comedy---but not cute, adorable insult comedy like Triumph the insult comic dog. She tells stories about different celebs she's met & she basically makes fun of them in every way she can. Sometimes she can be funny, but sometimes she pushes things too far---making fun of the person's divorce, their weight, a death in their family, etc. I don't even want to be anywhere near her when she starts on Michael Jackson. And she will.

She has a bazillion videos on YouTube, so you might want to get a feel for what to expect.

Jesus H! I'll go out on a limb and say you don't necessarily like her. She's just not very funny at all. She comes across as sounding bitter & jealous because her career hasn't taken off like some of her colleagues.

Exactly. She probably gets most of her material from this forum.

I liked her on Seinfeld, but then again, any actor or actress on THE GREATEST SHOW OF ALL FUCKING TIME, would be good!

She WAS kinda hot, but then all of the plastic surgery, and now....eh.

Nah, but she likes gay guys. She's big on the "gay guy" talk .... always saying things like "Where's my gays at?" when she looks out over the audience. She was married (to a man) for quite a few years. He was a heavy set guy, but then he lost a lot of weight & he divorced her. Not sure what happened there. She doesn't talk about him much.

I can't believe this woman is a comedian, just horrible. Just like she did on seinfeld she sucks in real life ,and she is probably the only person i have ever seen get that much plastic surgery and not look better.

Just trying to be positive and keep it real Image

He took about 70,000 out of accounts through ATM withdrawals over a period of time without telling her, hiding that he did it. They tried to reconcile, but the trust was gone.

Anyone that doesn't know that 70,000 of their money is gone deserves to lose it. You might be able to hide a little, but 70 grand? C'mon.

I was undecided about her brand of humor up until she bashed on Jesus in her Emmy acceptance speech. People pointed out how her comments were in poor taste & instead of issuing an apology & claiming she got caught up in the moment of winning her Emmy & so she just wasn’t thinking or leaving it alone altogether out of respect for those who have a strong Christian faith, she came out with a whole show entitled “Straight To Hell” where she says “Suck It Jesus” among other tasteless, shock-value comments.

I didn't care for her humor after that. It's a shame too b/c she can be funny when she's not insulting to the extreme.

I don't find women particularly funny. I find them extremely useful and competent in numerous things but comedy isn't one of them.

The only female comedian I've seen was one that was opening for Lewis Black on his last tour. She was awful. She was so bad that I don't even remember her name. Her entire routine was based on yelling at the audience different obscenities, and talking about how she likes it when women murder their husbands. Talked about the show 'Snapped' for 30 minutes. That was enough for me never to pay to see a woman comedian again. My wife even turned to me during the show and said 'So who is she sleeping with to get THIS gig..'

For some reason, I think she's funny. I don't really know why, especially since I despise some of her political stances.

But at any rate, I find myself watching her show quite a bit.
