I was going to post this in the Michael Jackson Lovers thread, but decided against it. This is just my opinion, which Im allowed, right? Because all those that think he is/was great can say so.

Anyway, Im glad it will be all over today. OMFG!!!! I cannot believe there has been so much shit on TV about this person. Isnt he the one that was accused of molesting children...of being a pedophile? Maybe it wasnt true, but I read somewhere that he admitted sleeping with some of those boys. That he "Spooned" with them.

And look how they are treating him now. Like a god, a hero, a messiah! Damn that sounds familiar! I bet the same people that voted for the current POS POTUS will be in L.A.. There going to be a lot of rif raf there. J. Jackson, Al not so Sharpton. Real Racists! Hopefully there isnt a major earthquake.

Anyway all this crap is just that, a bunch of Crap. It would be nice if they payed this much attention to real heroes!!

If there ever was any real sexual abuse from MJ or for that matter, any other deviant acts, it's ALL going to come out in the next few weeks, months. MJ isn't around to protect his name anymore and the money is all tied up in investments, legal stangle holds, etc. So the only way for these peeps to make any money is the talk show circuit.

But....don't believe everything you hear. The man was wacky...but I'm not convinced he was actually having "sex" with these children. I think he thought of himself as a child too, not as an adult over powering them.

The why settle his first case?... for $22 Million? Settling is a form af admission to most folks....

It takes a special kind of evil to be a child molester (or rapist for that matter) and if you've seen some of these men you'd recognize it.

I don't think he molested anyone either. He was mentally ill, IMO. In his mind, he was a child himself and he felt comfortable around children. Reportedly because "they are the only ones who tell me the truth."

I was watching Larry King the other night and he was at Neverland with Jermaine Jackson. They were standing around this huge sprawling tree and Jermaine said Michael would climb up there and write songs. That right there said so much about how his brain works vs. a regular adult's brain. That is so something that a child would think to do.

I also saw an interview with Jane Fonda where she talked about how she was going to working on some project that involved Peter Pan and she said Michael just burst into tears and was so excited about it. WTF? From all accounts, he was an extremely fragile and sensitive soul -- to the point of dysfunction.

But child molester? No. I don't buy it.

I think those accusations and everything that came after that destroyed him. Had that not happened, he may have led a very different life and would probably still be alive today.

Oh no. This circus will drag out for days & days. They'll milk this puppy dry.

Bingo. And that is why I never believed the '93 thing. If that was my child, he could have taken that money and shoved it straight where the sun don't shine. If I honestly believed my child had been harmed, I would not have dropped it. Unless the parents were just truly that money-hungry, which is also a (very unfortunate) possibility.

Yes... The other Michael Jackson thread was locked up because some people cannot help themselves from turning a perfectly civil thread into a complete shitfest filled with their own personal agenda. Starting another thread to continue a locked one isn't a smart idea either...


If people want to start a new CIVILIZED thread regarding the memorial service, i'm fine with that, but it seems that any time the MJ name is brought up, people go on a tirade about other shit. If any of the MJ threads turns into a shitfest, they'll be locked. Opinions on things are fine, but once you state it, be done with it and move on. Sitting there "waiting" for an opposing opinion for something to agrue about is childish.
