Anybody have a spare ticket for the Louisville show?

I figure this is worth a shot, since I'm not having any luck on freaking Ticketmaster. I just moved to western Kentucky and started a new job there, so I'm trying to find a ticket for the Journey and Heart show in Louisville on Friday, August 21. I stopped by the box office at Freedom Hall the day after tickets went on sale, and they told me that the floor is sold out. I know how the concert ticket game is played, so I'm positive the floor did not sell out in less than 24 hours. They probably sold out of what they had available at that time.

But Ticketmaster isn't giving me a floor seat yet, and I'm not sitting in the bowl. So I was wondering if any of my fellow MR'ers might have a single ticket to spare for this show. It's a long shot, but I might as well try. I'll just be driving by myself to the show, so I only need one floor seat. I'm a poor just-out-of-college person, so I'm trying to just pay face value and any shipping fees. PM me if you think you could help me out.

Thanks in advance! 8)

I'm sure you probably know this already but you could also keep an ear out on the radio stations that might be giving tix away. Some of the radio websites might have a chance to sign up to win some too. Good luck. :)

I havnt heard anything on the radio which is no shock because Louisville radio sucks donkey balls. They hardly promote anything accept local business which is obvious from the TERRIBLE voice overs in most of the commercials (I have heard better answering machine messages!).. I still am surprised that I have no interest in going. I like Arnel and the new cd but could care less about seeing them live with everything tuned down. I am glad they did it to help Arnel survive but only a few songs work for me like that. A lot of them seem to just lose their "steam". I cant stand the new stuff tuned down. Sounds like Arnel is at the bottom of his range on some of it and it just drags to me.

Having a good ear sucks sometimes because if I didnt I wouldnt notice !

Man where is this picture ? That is nice for Kentucky ! I would love to live there !!!

Dude, Kentucky is like any other place as long as you dont stray south of LOuisville. I am not joking when I say that only 25 miles south of Louisville you will find much less teeth per person and a thick accent that you hear on occasion in the city. The city is as modern and as fucked up as the next one.

Since this thread was bumped today, I'm going to take this opportunity to say that I'm still looking for a floor seat if anyone has a spare.
