Well, after several days spent staring at a computer monitor, the Journey gallery is ready for prime time! I normally try to limit the number of photos I post to a dozen or two, but this time I kept thinking in my head "they will like this one at MR!"

So please enjoy (and comment here or on the website)!

Stellar work as usual Matt.

I'd hit Sheryl Crow up still, even though she's nearing 68. What a great lookin woman. Just as long as she don't sing to me.

I guess you missed all the deer and made it home in one piece. Great photos Matt. Thanks for all your efforts. How cold was it that night? Everyone looks like they're freezing.

LOL, are you nuts? Sheryl Crow isn't any where near 68, she's in her mid 40s.

Got some great Journey shots, Matt! Thanks for sharing.

Awesome pics Matt!!!

I'm a photography enthusiast (novice) but I still cannot get good pictures like you or Marty. How far were you from the boys? Is the light source all from your camera?

Anyway, not to sound weird but am I the only one who notice how awesome Ross' set of mane looks? I'm starting to lose mine so I kind of envy those who still have full set of hair, especially those of Ross' age.

What is Journey's camera policy nowadays? do they still have the goons watching for pic taking and having people remove film from cameras?

I was wondering though, am I the only one that thinks Ross looks kind of a "wax museum" version of himself here?

He could be he next Dr. Van Helsing. He's got the Victorian-Goth look going on in that photo.

Unusual, since that is a Filipino weakness. We spend thousands every year trying to maintain and repair my wife's teeth. And several other Filipinos I know have bad dental problems too.

LOL, I don't know if he gobbles on those but they said that sugar cane is a natural plaque remover and does wonder to your teeth.

I guess Steve, he's the lucky one.

Excellent pics Matt. It didn't take you long to get the best out of that new camera.

By the way, you might want to check the date stamped on the images in the gallery - it shows up as 16th July 2008.

It's going to be a few more days before my pics are ready. Since I got back I've been working on my Thunder pics (from the tour I did just before Moondance) as they were needed urgently for a forthcoming DVD, and uploading all the meet & greet pics from all the bands ant Moondance.

Again, I'm going to ask Journey's camera policy. Not because of anything in this thread...But, because I would like to take my camera too...But, not if security is going to take it from me - as I have personaly seen done to other people in past shows.

It's been my experience that as long as you don't shoot video and you don't have a professional camera that you should be okay. I've shot hundreds of pictures and usually have not had a word said to me.

Almost forgot to tell Matt what a great job he did with the photos! They rock Matt and I'll be using some for the www.therosszone.com and www.deencastronovo.net. We'll be relaunching new and improved sites shortly!

Thanks Marty! I'm hoping that the new camera will pay for itself, although at that kind of a price tag it may take some time.

Also I'm glad you caught the '2008' mix up. It's now fixed!
