Journey makes its way to CenturyTel

Some of the biggest hits of the 1970s and '80s will ring throughout the CenturyTel Center when classic rock band Journey comes to town.

The legendary rock band takes the stage Tuesday.

Journey, originally formed in 1973 with former members of Santana, dominated the charts with a slew of hits including "Any Way You Want It," "Faithfully," "Open Arms" and their signature hit "Don't Stop Believing."

Last year, the band introduced fans to their newest lead vocalist, Arnel Pineda, along with the release of their 14th studio album, "Revelation."

With more than three decades of hits under their belts and millions of records sold nationwide, Journey is recognized as one of the top rock bands of all time.

Great show and turn out. Heard we had 12-13 thousand... Not a great sounding building though. We felt quite separated on stage as the sound felt like it just went straight up in the air... been traveling all night to Tulsa Oak. and are almost there so I'm gonna catch some more shut eye zzzzzzzzz

Chubster, sometimes it's easier to use the "Add Image To Post" feature on this board. It will post a "thumbnail', and then if the reader is interested, they can click to see the full sized image in a separate window.
