I think Florida, Oklahoma and Texas may think otherwise...one of them (Florida) will be the Champion.

MG, Michigan will be greatly improved this season. In fact I believe they will beat Notre Dame and Penn State in the Big House this year. You got a great coach with Rodriguez. Watch his 2nd season...

LOL no shot.

None. Just because they physically shoved FL around in the Gators' own back yard on NYD a year and half ago doesn't mean they're any good now.

I DO think the Wolverines get back to a bowl this year BUT I also think that's gonna be about the ceiling for Dick Rod there, it's going to ultimately be a failure the spread won't work in Ann Arbor and by '11 there will be another coach.

they shoved around a Gators team that had vitually no experienced players returning from the previous seasons National Championship-2006-on defense. Tebow and the offense played great that day-put up nearly 40 points-but a young defense going against a senior QB-Henne and an All American RB-Hart was obviously outplayed that day. The very next season that young defense grew up and won another NC....and the rest is history. That Crapitol One Bowl is what made this team today what it is...they grew up from that game and Michigan knows even with those boys back on offense no way they beat Florida (sorry MG)
Also-I wouldnt say Florida was "shoved" around either-it could have went either way, back and forth all day. Goddamn jealous football fans.....

These preseason polls are bullshit. They should wait to do the first poll until the second or third week of the season. This is just a way to insure the big names can stay in the top 20, even if they have a couple of losses early in the season. Other than screwing the rest of the teams...that also happen to be 0-0 at this moment...it's a joke.

University of Florida not a single OOC game outside the state of Florida this year, as usual

When you play in the SEC, which is the nations toughest conference-OOC schedules doesnt mean shit. But in 2008 we had the toughest schedule in the nation, conference and OOC and guess what? Can you say National Championship #3 in the case???
Not many schools can hang against the Georgias, Floridas, Tennessees, Alabamas, Auburns, Mississippis and South Carolinas on a weekly schedule.....hell, even our weaker teams like Vandy and Kentucky go to Bowls!

well they have to start somewhere! But regardless, any blind monkey knows Florida, Texas and Oklahoma are the teams to beat. Tebow, Bradford and McCoy???? A class to themselves.

Yes, it does.
U$C comes 3,000 miles to play UVA last year and goes TO Columbus THIS year while Florida's trotting the Citadel into the Swamp every season

lets see how far that gets them....obviously the writers and voters give the proper respect to the SEC, otherwise the last 3 NC's wouldnt be from this conference. But I would love to see USC win out and Florida meet them in Pasadena-USC's backyard....
But if you think Florida is the only team that schedules patsys then you need to look around the country. Kudos to USC for these games, but that Pac-10 is so weak they have to do something to build up strength of schedule. When the Gators play Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama or Auburn we build our SOS......

I'm a Notre Dame fan but I'm not a hater of anyone, except maybe USC. I honestly just want Florida to lose a game somewhere just to make things interesting.
