Anyone else listen to Krokus? They are basically an AC/DC knockoff but they have some pretty decent tunes. Their last two albums are also pretty decent and Storace can still scream nearly like he did back in the 80s.

It's kinda funny how Storace sounds a lot like Bon Scott and the guy who replaced him for "Stampede" in 1990 sounded more like Brian Johnson.

I remember the song Screaming In The Night when MTV came on the air but that's about it.

If I remember correctly RockinDeano has mentioned this band few times before. Im sure he owns most of their released (&unreleased) material. Deano?

That was the only song of theirs I ever cared for, and it's definitely a great one.

He has all sorts of great stuff hidden in his collection!

I loved KROKUS, especially Headhunter and The Blitz. The band has been around forever with a lot of changes. Most known for Marc Storace (not the original vocalist), the guitar player founded the band. (Sound familiar) But there is one album where the Marc left and the band carried on, then he returned and after another album the founding guitar player left and the band carried on. Now the "classic" lineup has returned.

Headhunter is a classic CD! Loved it all. My band from 25 years ago used to play "Stayed Awake All Night" from that CD. I've got an MP3 around here somewhere. If I could upload it somewhere I would share it!

Dave, I might've seen your videos but I didn't notice if they were yours or not.

Storace joined them for "Metal Rendez-Vous" in 1980 and was with them through "Heart Attack" in 1988. They got the Brian Johnson sound-like for "Stampede" and then Storace came back for "To Rock and Not to Be" in 1995. Then they had a British vocalist for "Round 13" in 1999 and then Storace came back for "Rock the Block" (2003) and "Hellraiser" (2006). The Storace albums are much better, for the most part, with the exception of "The Blitz", in my opinion. They changed their sound to a more synth-laden sound according to pressure from the record company and it just didn't work as well.

"Headhunter" is probably the strongest one from start to finish, in my opinion.

Absolutely. None of their other albums touch it as far as I'm concerned.
