In Utah, on the 4th of July, is a big event called the "Stadium of Fire" held at LaVell Edwards Stadium (65,000 people will be at this event). For next year's event, they are asking the fans to vote for their favorite artist to play there. Journey is one of them! It appears you can vote as many times as you like. How cool would it be for Journey to play at this type of event for this big of a crowd?
Here's the link. You only have to answer a couple music preference survey questions at first and then you can vote.

I never get vote as many times as you like. How is that representative of who is the most popular choice by the public as to the bands they want?

I agree with you there, but I'm still taking advantage of it!

If they aren't touring, they won't break out the gear, trucks and pay the crew for just one show. Plus, this poll is just to tell the festival people who to try to book. Journey won't play there just because they finish first in this poll.

Why would a band with a nearly double platinum album and number one live DVD need my help booking a stadium?
(Someone had to say it!)

I think I've been called that more in the last 2 days than in my entire lifetime combined.
Look at it this way, had it not been for my posts here the last couple days we'd have had nothing to do.

If you all want the J-Boyz to play a stadium show so badly, petition to have them open for Bon Jovi or U2. Problem fucking solved.
