Yes i dont have the best turn table or speakers and whatnot....but GAWD ALMIGHTY!...this is a fucking AWESOME RECORD....so so so warm!.......and i swear to God 'faithfully' is done in a different key here. (and that is for the better). or maybe it is just me. Perry sounds so YOUNG! ...(and yes smartasses, i have it on the right speed)

Ya ought to hear Frontiers on my Fisher 500c tube amp and my Technics SL-1300 TT on my Bose 901's. My vintage audio gear sounds way better than most of the crap you buy today. :D

I've had this stuff since I was in high school and my amp was stored for many years. I just had it refurbished a year ago.

I picked this turntable up for very little, second hand, for as much as i listen to it, it works. I have very limited space in my current digs. one of these days when i have the space, i want the whole work up. So does this mean i can bring my records over? ;)

The first release of the CD was anything but warm. Blech. LP blows it away.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

Nothing sounds as warm as an LP played thru a vintage tube amp. Going digital was actually a downgrade IMO.

You can get a turntable for really reasonable these days, them gaining popularity again...I priced one at Radio Shack, and they most inexpensive one they had was about $70
