This week Revelation appeared on the Billboard 200 chart for the 40th time. Pretty fuckin' impressive. I just wonder if their will be any further promotion.

It was #170 I believe, after being in the 130's last week, and 63rd the prior week. 16 months after it's release date, that's pretty good.

Big fucking deal. Half the people on this board have probably cracked the top 200 at some point over the past year!

I think it is a "big fucking deal" considering this is a band that has changed lead singers 3 times in the past 10 years!

Too bad there wasn't enough interest to warrant a vinyl pressing...that would've been cool. Even "Black Ice" got a vinyl version distributed to indie retailers (remember those?), although it wasn't really a great album.

I was recently at the walmart website and looking at the reviews of the Live in Manila dvd and saw that it says "currently unavailable" for people that want to order it online. Possibly with so much publicity and the popularity of the dvd, are they are sold out right now??

There is no disrespect intended, but how many new CDs are out there these days to bump them out of the "200?"

The music/radio industry is so shitty, I wouldn't know if there was new music or not. Wombat is my only source.

People must have finally figured it out after 18 months, Disc 2 were re-records and not the original greatest hits. That's the only logical reason that could explain the rush to the stores that has propped Greatest Hits back into the Top 200. Lucky for Journey it took people that long to figure it out and they were able to flim-flam people for 2 million Revelation copies sold.

When the RIAA says 2X Platinum, I'll let you know. Still at single platinum so far.

Tell that cheap bastard Friga to pay for the fucking audit before he starts crowing.

I knew some idiot would pick on that number. Use 1.8 million copies sold or even 1.6 million if that makes you feel any better. My (sarcastic) point about the CD sales still stands.
