I have been trying to order another live in Manila dvd through walmart and for the past week the website says "unavailable right now" for ordering online. Anyone know anything about this or why its not available right now for ordering online?

It's happened b/f where they have sold out the DVD and eventually you see it back available online after they've restocked.

Just download it from Pirate Bay. That will teach them. Denying you easy access to all the goodness that is embedded in Journey: Live In Manila just isn't fair.
