Hughes in new supergroup?

Postby fredinator » Tue Dec 08, 2009 5:53 am

Kevin Shirley has a short new diary entry and I saw this squib today:

Read the comments, too-- thought comment #37 was pretty interesting... What do you all think?

This post made me laugh   :

Liam says:
I think the supergroup is the following four people:

David Coverdale - vocals
Jimmy Page - guitar
Glenn Hughes - Bass & vocals
John Bonham - drums

Makes you wonder why he picked Hughes over Entwistle.

Being dead had a lot to do with it, I suppose. :D
But around town, it was well known...when they got home at night
Their fat and psychopathic wives
Would thrash them within inches of their lives!

I think I've already told you how I want to die, Dan. Like Nelson Rockefeller, only the other way 'round. "Well, he died after he had his skull crushed." Wasn't that in one of those Roger Moore "James Bond" flicks? :P

I think Bonham and Bon Scott both died from accidental deaths of choking on their own vomit in their sleep. I had seen that in the Philippines with young new recruits who weren't used to drinking. With beers for 25 cents it's easy to get carried away.
