WCR - World Class Rockers

Postby Art Vandelay » Wed Dec 16, 2009 4:44 am

Anyone ever heard of them or seen them? They're the classic rock version of Ringo Starr and the All Starr Band. Aynsley Dunbar has been playing drums for them since 2003. They have a solid set list of classics. Kind of odd, though...the Journey material that they cover is Any Way You Want It and Separate Ways. Aynsley didn't play on either of those. They also play Wheel in the Sky.

Check out the website. Audio links are on there of WITK and AWYWI

At least Ringo's band has peeps you've heard of.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

I liked the Ringo lineup with Sheila E. and Billy Squier

That's Fergie Fredrickson singing AWYWI, but not sure about WITS, maybe Fran Cosmo. Sounds pretty good.
