Was this Arnel's gig alone or were there other artists? Stage indicates they actually had a decent budget and it also seems Arnel is enjoying some clout on his own. :D

Great job on both songs, Foolish Heart I could hear pretty well and the one posted earlier, For the First Time; though, horrible sound on the second song in this video and worthless. It was packed there. I wonder how many people the Grand Ballroom held. Have you heard from anyone there how many were there?

Foolish Heart?????????????

WHY? The song even blows by Perry. Something you'd hear to calm you down in the dentist chair.

AP, my man, PLEASE distance yourself from the Pman. In Journey, it's fine, that's your gig. But man, no need to do Perry's solo stuff, especially that one- yuck.

I think that was the same venue for the recent (sorta) Boyz II Men (2009), Toto (2008), & America (2007) Cebu concerts...

Well, FH was a staple of his pre-Journey repertoire. Locally, the song was a mammoth hit & is still relatively on rotation in mainstream radio stations.

Here's Alone, btw...

I'm pretty sure he did a good job though, through the bad sound and all!!

I like the tune too... and I gotta say, Arnel sounded GREAT here, even with the bad sound. It's striking how much better he is with the slower stuff where the language issues don't come into play (of course, this is much lower than some of the SP stuff, which helps as well). But at any rate, nice job by AP. At least he has a band, I hate when he's doing this shit to those cheap MIDI-ized backing tracks.

Ammo is better than they sound in this clip. They've been around quite awhile.

Edit: Wait a minute. I thought the band AP sang with that had been around since the 80's was AMO, not Ammo. Same band?

What happened to the lead singer who took over after Arnel when they were still the Zoo. His name starts with an R. Nice guy. I know Erick was singing some songs too from clips I saw but R was the main lead singer.

He's at his best with clear, high, smooth vocals. Sometimes it seems to me that he purposely roughens up his tone on Journey songs, maybe to escape the comparisons? I wish he'd sing like the above more often. It's excellent!
