I'm going to take the results of this and combine them with the results Jeb gets from Classic Rock Revisited, and then we're going to devote an episode of Long Live Rock to counting down the Top 10. This will air March 14th, the night before the induction ceremony. Visit the poll and vote in the comments section! On the surface one would ask how a band like Journey, with so many amazing hits, cannot be in the R&RHoF. Their works are far more extensive and valued than many who have already been inducted. Digging deeper, it becomes less of a mystery.....but, I believe politics and opinions should never play a role in the decision making process, nor should a band or member's controversial behavior. They are not role models, they are fucking musicians! On the basis of what Journey has accomplished musically, as a band, I believe they should have been inducted long ago.
