Ok, some folks may think this is a boot, or at least an non-authorized release. That said, I got my cd copy today from CDUniverse. The sound is very much improved over the bootlegs that have been floating around of this show over the years. Overall it sounds very close sonically to the Houston 81 official release. The packaging, which can be seen via a link on the other post related to this topic, is black & white and features Greg Rolie on the cover. That said, it is a decent cardboard gatefold package with liner notes by William Hogeland, who may be known by some fans, but forgive me if I don't know who he is. I will say this release is worth the 20 bucks, which included shipping.....I'll let you know what the matching DVD looks like when it arrives...

I have the boot of this show and love it. Not sure why it has Rollie on the front as Cain is in the band when this was recorded. I love Perry's little additions to DSB.

thier lawyers will spend more money to stop it, then it would take for them to do a release thru the official website
