late nite is one of my all-time favorite albums. i would like to have heard some of those songs instead of the cover tunes at last night's solo show in modesto.

Neal smoking all these years, I doubt he can sing lead vocals. If he can, I really want People and Places next Journey tour.

Mr. "Here Comes sally"...HSAS could've been HSBS (least that's what Glen told me many years ago)

I thought I read Neal is still smoking after all these years, lol. Anyway, he says he quit so who knows? Maybe he didn't smoke very much anyway. I hope not. People and Places doesn't seem too hard to sing--I've managed to wail alongside of it to the end unlike say Sweet and Simple where I'm in a ditch pretty quickly.

Thank Mr. Burtnik for that. A true visionary when it comes to lyrics. "I would die for you, just to see how it feels..."

Get Heroes And Zeroes! Neal's on it...

Neal doesn't drink or smoke anymore.

Late Nite is an incredible album. The songs even sounds recent in today's day and age.

Holy Crap- I never knew this existed. This is the best song on Late Night and that album is one of my all time favorites. Very cool. Thanks for sharing! I have NO problem with Neal singing. This album was done very cool where he had someone else do the higher vocal runs. By far his best and most interesting solo album.

One of my favorite allbums too. I love every song on this one especially I'll Cover you, Smoke of the Revolution and Softly. Of course, you have Sheryl Crowe doing background vocals and isn't Randy Jackson on this one?

Had no idea it was Sheryl Crowe. Doesn't sound like her at all. That's what happens when you make a cassette of a CD- no liner notes!

If you watch the older Michael Jackson videos, Crow sounds different back then also.

I bought the album off of ITunes and there was an option to buy the album cover so I think I will do that, too, since it sounds like the liner notes might be interesting... Yes, I am a Perry Loon but adore Mr. Schon, and no discussion of any wives so put your  eyeballs back in your head.

A bit unusual, kind of like creationists and evolutionists actually seeing eye to eye.  (I kid)
