I wasn't overly impressed with the first 3/4 of the song. I liked the last minute with Marco scatting and Neal blazing, though. Chili Peppers cover is much better.

Eh....I'm with others in that Schon has probably 1,000 songs he's been a part of, and 900 of them a solo tour would be the only place we could hear them...I'd like a Schon set.

After reading the San Diego review, I wouldn't hold my breath for another tour anytime soon. Small crowd, thinning out during the show when they realize the dirty dozen isn't going to be played, just like what happened in L.A.. The venues are small to begin with. When you only have 50 people left during the encore, it can't be a satisfying feeling.

This demonstrates that it's hard for Neal to break out of Journey's shadow. I still don't understand why they didn't play more of Neal's solo material. :?
