That interview is in the extras of the 1981 Houston DVD, if memory serves me right.

I get the feeling from Ross....it became about the vocals....It has been said again and again...actually by all of them..you needed them all to make what was Journey.......it is some of the best music I have ever witnessed.

By watching....Perry was not sure of his talent...he came into it......and well the rest is history.

Nice to see Jonathan Cain getting the acknowledgment for how important he was to the sound of the band and going even farther in success.
