Revelation on iTunes.

Looks like it came there in August. Surprised no mention of it on Journey's official site. I guess the Wal-Mart exclusivity was for two years then?

Can't Slow Down by Foreigner was released there in May. Wonder why the shorter waiting time for them?

And it's labeled as Revelation (Feat. Arnel Pineda). I wonder why they included the guy's name in the title like that? Since the re-records are there also, could that be a Sony legal move to make sure Glee Fans buy the other version? Sort of like the blue sticker on Journey's Greatest Hits saying the disc is from the lineup of Perry, Cain, etc.
Weird.

I bet you 5-1 odds Perry had something to do with this, as well as Sony too. They don't want Perry associated with this retread garbage. Perry has a legacy to protect. With this label, they are making it clear that what "you are about to buy is a knockoff, a cheap imitation of a once great band...Don't be fooled."

You always have to have a go about something. If they didn't have APs name there then you would be like, "Look at them trying to fool everyone!". They are advertising their NEW album with their new singer.. which just happens to have a bonus disk....

When you've gone through that many changes in the lineup, it's the safe
route ...as a consumer, and possibly a new fan, I'd appreciate it!!

They could be covering their own ass. If someone bought it think it was Perry they could sue for false advertising of something. We all know how sue happy people are now.

As there are only a few reviews, probably not many people know it's even there. An album hitting two years after release isn't going to be knocking the door down. The Wal-mart exclusivity did it's job by capturing most of the sales under the store's site.
